I tried to purchase one of their high end Hondas and I was told they wouldn’t go anything below MSRP because “they’ll sell it at MSRP to someone”. That’s fine but they kept saying that they are here for their community; not true. They are here for the money. With a single phone call I was able to save literally many thousands of dollars within a relatively short drive for the exact same car. My advice is to shop around because the local dealership doesn’t have its communities best interest in their business practices.

My recent purchase of a used truck was handled very professionally by Cole. The whole process took little time, and everything went smoothly.

Was looking for 2024 Civic LX and received a most unhelpful response from salesman, telling me that most people want the Sport trim. Really rude. I don't recommend this dealership.

I stopped by Frank Brown Honda to look at a Honda Ridgeline. I was approached by a sales person named Rob. I did not solicit his services and asked that I be left alone to look at the models available. There were no window stickers on any of the vehicles which I thought was strange. Again I said I wanted to look only. He then said "you came to my house, I did not come to yours". He then insisted I look at the back a vehicle to see the trunk in the truck body. I will not be returning to Frank Brown Honda and suggest Rob be counseled about dealing with people and not the other way around as he indicated I should not have stopped by if I didn't want to talk to him. I do not want to be contacted and will not reply if you choose not to respect my wishes.

Just a note to say that your service department did an excellent job on our oil change, as always. Dean, Paul, and Terry are outstanding members of of the team.

Our Service advisor Paul V are very knowledgeable for what we asking regarding my vehicle and always warm welcome when we drop my car in early morning 7 AM .... When we checkout Terry always welcome with smile and explain everything.

Our salesperson Dee Mathes was awesome I’ve never delt with such a good car sales person as her she was very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy she changed my way of thinking when it comes to car salesmen I just want to let y’all no you’ve got a good one there and I will refer anybody that I know to y’all thank you Sheila Bufe
