I tried to purchase one of their high end Hondas and I was told they wouldn’t go anything below MSRP because “they’ll sell it at MSRP to someone”. That’s fine but they kept saying that they are here for their community; not true. They are here for the money. With a single phone call I was able to save literally many thousands of dollars within a relatively short drive for the exact same car. My advice is to shop around because the local dealership doesn’t have its communities best interest in their business practices.
My recent purchase of a used truck was handled very professionally by Cole. The whole process took little time, and everything went smoothly.

Was looking for 2024 Civic LX and received a most unhelpful response from salesman, telling me that most people want the Sport trim. Really rude. I don't recommend this dealership.

I stopped by Frank Brown Honda to look at a Honda Ridgeline. I was approached by a sales person named Rob. I relocated this past May, 2022, to Lubbock, Tx from Virginia. The Honda place in Virginia did not have a part I needed for my 2016 Honda Civic, but you guys had it IN STOCK! I had my State inspection & new part put on with my 1st visit. Great job! Then I needed an oil change last week January 2nd, 2023! It was quick & efficient & cost was reasonable @ 62.22 with tax!! I just moved to the area and have a 2016 HRV-EX. Out of nowhere when I was out of town I had lights show up on my dash that were all related to the parking brake system and I was so worried because I was an hour away and it was a holiday. Went to Frank Brown looking for a used car I saw on their inventory. Was helped by Blake Silvas, who was honest and upfront about the condition of the cars and such and did not try to force a sale on me. Loved his patience and honest approach. especially in an industry notorious for "tactics" to offload inventory; this was a refreshing and welcome change. Though the sale did not go through, I'll certainly look to do business here should an opportunity arise in the future.

I've always received good service from Frank Brown. Rudy Cisneros has been very courteous and helpful and understands that most of the time I do the maintenance on my Ridgeline, but have had them do heavier maintenance like transmission and rear-differential fluids. Their courtesy van driver knows the city and will quickly pick you up or get you where you need to be. The same gentleman has been the cashier for as long as I can remember and is always friendly.
We are traveling home from our vacation too busy to install a battery. We still have 350 miles home still . No other dealer. Available to us.
After receiving an urgent voice message from Honda to take our 10-year old Honda Pilot to a dealer in response to a faulty airbag recall, my wife and I reluctantly turned our car over to Frank Brown's 'service team' to make the 'free' replacement.
